Is the cuisine companion dishwasher safe?

Yes. The bowl and lid are totally dishwasher safe. But always wash the spindle (the the blades rest on) by hand.

How do I take the lid apart for cleaning?

Great article. My favourite thing to cook in the CC is gravy. I know – boring. I just love eating it but hate sitting there and whisking over the stove.
